A quick trip to hang around is good, if you know places near Nagpur that are not too far. The small lake backed with Green Mountains gives you a view of Outstation Picnic Point though its just near Nagpur city and very approachable with own vehicle.
We were thinking about the place to go and ended with the well known ZILPI which is very famous travel destination close to city. We packed our snacks from Bombaywala sweet centre MIDC. As we both love Samosa and Veg puff. We carry our food to eat there and start our journey. Zilpi Lake is located on the Mohgaon road and is a nice outing & picnic place to enjoy with family and friends.
The lush green trees are best seen in these seasons.I would not forget this ride. Not just the visual treats en-route while riding in the cloudy weather but the road following the ride had me in absolute awe of the natural beauty which perhaps I would have never discovered.We saw farms of Oranges,Bananas and also Dates.
